Internal Reporting Procedure
AMW REWITA Sp. z o. o.

On September 16, 2024, the Company's Management Board adopted the AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Internal Reporting Procedure by a resolution of the Management Board, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 14, 2024, on the protection of whistleblowers.

The procedure is effective from September 24, 2024. It serves to increase the effectiveness in detecting potential irregularities and taking subsequent actions to eliminate them and reduce risks at all levels of the Company's operations.

How to report a legal violation?

In writing

• using the drop-box located at the Management Office and AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Branches
• via the email platform at sygnalista@rewita.pl

Orally

• by phone at 22 270 95 56
• during a direct meeting organized within 14 days of receiving a request for such a form of reporting via the above-mentioned Reporting Channels
