Since 2011, AMW Rewita has been managing the recreational centers of the Military Property Agency located in the most beautiful corners of Poland. We present the members of the company's Management Board who oversee its development, investments, and ongoing operations.
Acting President of the Management Board
Michał Modrzejewski
An experienced manager specializing in corporate financial management and business restructuring. An expert in obtaining and accounting for European funds, he was a legal advisor and a member of the Audit Committee in the European Economic and Social Committee. A graduate of economics at the University of Łódź with a specialization in corporate management strategies; authorized to sit on the Supervisory Boards of State Treasury Companies, graduate of postgraduate studies at UKSW in Warsaw.
Vice President of the Management Board
Marek Rząsowski
Graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Silesia. He completed postgraduate studies in banking and management at SGH, as well as in Public Relations at the University of Warsaw. In 2018, he graduated with distinction from the Executive MBA program at the University of Warsaw. He is authorized to sit on the Supervisory Boards of State Treasury Companies.
