In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1−2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" – we inform that:

  1. The administrator of your data is AMW Rewita Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Zielone Zacisze 11B, Warsaw (03-294), registered in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000394569 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer and a Deputy Data Protection Officer, with whom you can contact regarding all matters related to the processing of personal data via email: iod@rewita.pl or by sending a written request to the Administrator's correspondence address.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
    a) to handle inquiries and requests directed to the Branches directly or by telephone or electronically – through a booking form or email message – legal basis: Art. 6(1) lit.
    b) to fulfill a legal obligation, e.g., arising from tax or accounting regulations – legal basis: Art. 6(1) lit.
    c) to handle complaints as well as to establish, pursue claims and undertake actions related to this process – based on Art. 6(1) lit. f) GDPR (the legitimate interest of the Administrator being the establishment, pursuit of claims, defense against claims).
  4. Your personal data will be processed:
    a) for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and request,
    b) for the period required by law, especially tax and accounting regulations,
    c) in the event that the Administrator has justified suspicion that there may be a necessity to pursue or defend claims, the data will be stored for the period necessary for the limitation period of claims or for the duration of court proceedings, considering the period of enforcement of the judgment.
  5. The Administrator may disclose your personal data to other recipients solely on the basis of the law within their entitlements, or due to the necessity to fulfill a legal obligation or exercise a right under the law. The Administrator may also provide your personal data to entities acting on behalf of the Administrator based on data processing outsourcing agreements. These may include IT system providers, email service providers, and other entities through whom the Administrator processes personal data.
  6. Regarding the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
    a) the right to access your data and receive a copy,
    b) the right to rectify (correct) your data,
    c) the right to delete data,
    d) the right to restrict data processing,
    e) the right to object to data processing,
    f) the right to data portability.

    Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal data with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
  7. No decisions will be made based on automated processing of your personal data, including profiling as referred to in Article 13 paragraph 2 lit. f) GDPR.
  8. Providing your personal data is not mandatory but necessary to send an inquiry about accommodation availability. Not providing the data will result in the inability to make a booking at the Administrator’s Branches.
